How to track a property
Our monitoring service allows you to receive updates for both properties for sale and also for properties which are no longer on the market.
Step 1: Once you have logged in click on ‘Account settings’ in the top right hand corner of the page. Then click on the ‘Track a property’ tab which you can see highlighted in orange below. Then click the green ‘Track a property’ button.
Step 2: In the ‘Track a property’ box enter a postcode and select an address for the property you would like to receive alerts on. If you are unsure of the details of the property you wish to monitor, click on ‘search for listings’ which is highlighted in orange below. Finally, click on ‘Add’ to submit the request.
Step 3: If you have selected a property which is currently for sale you can check its details by looking at the area highlighted below in orange. If you are monitoring a property which is not on the market, use the drop down list as highlighted below in yellow, to confirm the exact address of the property. This will enable us to provide you with any Land Registry data which we may have for your chosen property.
