How to monitor an area
Step 1: Once you have logged in click on ‘Account settings’ in the top right hand corner of the page. Click on the ‘Monitor an area’ tab which is highlighted in orange below. Then click the ‘Monitor an area ‘ button.
Step 2: An ‘Add area monitor’ box will appear. Fill in the exact postcode for the area you would like to monitor. The minimum and maximum price options help us to provide you with only the properties currently for sale and which have sold in the past which meet your price range. Finally click on the ’Add’ button.
Having completed the form you will receive monthly updates for the postcode area which you have selected.
