New Mouseprice site unveiled to the public

January saw the launch of the eagerly awaited, brand new Mouseprice site. The new website boasts a range of special features designed to enhance the user’s experience, as well as building on Mouseprice’s ultimate goal of bringing greater transparency to the UK residential property market.

Whilst retaining the core features of the old Mouseprice- namely the ability to view free valuations, sold price data, and properties for sale and for rent- the new site will offer users a wide range of tools including property heat maps, easy access to discounted property, the option of monitoring an area, and finally the ability to track individual properties.

One of the key features of the new site is the advanced search function on the Sold prices & valuations page. This tool will make it easier for Mouseprice users to search for and find comparable properties- an important cornerstone in any effort to value a property.
